Hello, we will arrive in Thailand early in the morning on May 2 and leave in the evening for Cambodia. We will have to recheck our luggage in Bangkok traveling on two different airlines. Therefore, we will not have accommodation in Bangkok. How should we fill out the card then? Thank you.

AnonymousAnonymousApril 15th, 2025 10:03 AM
If arrival and departure occur on the same day, you are not required to provide accommodation details, they will automatically check the transit traveler option.

What do you use for flight number? I come from Brussels, but via Dubai.
0

The original flight.
3
AnonymousAnonymousApril 23rd, 2025 10:31 PM
I'm not so sure about that. For the old flight, it had to be the flight number upon arrival in Bangkok. They won't check it anyway.

We, Malaysia, neighbor Thailand, regularly travel to Betong Yale and Danok every Saturday and back on Monday. Please reconsider the 3 days TM 6 application. Hope for a special entryway for Malaysian tourists.

I am a tourist bus driver. Should I fill out the TDAC form with a group of bus passengers, or can I apply individually?
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 15th, 2025 2:28 AM
This is unclear still.

To play it safe you could do it individually, but the system does allow you to add travelers (not sure if it would allow a whole bus full though)

I’m already in Thailand and arrived yesterday have a tourist visa for 60 days. Want to do a border run in June. How do I apply then in my situation for the Tdac because in Thailand and border run?
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 14th, 2025 5:59 PM
You can still fill it out for a Border Run.

You simply select LAND for "Mode of Travel".

Excuse me, I would like to ask. The country I am currently residing in does not allow me to select Thailand. Should I choose my country of origin or the last country I stayed in? Because my husband is German, but the last residence was in Belgium. Now that he is retired, he has no other address except Thailand. Thank you.
1
AnonymousAnonymousApril 14th, 2025 10:55 AM
If the country of residence is Thailand, it is advisable to select Thailand.

The problem is that the system does not yet have Thailand in the options, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand has informed that it will be added by April 28.

This is for business people. What about those who need to fly urgently, buy a ticket and fly immediately? They cannot fill out the information 3 days in advance. What should they do? Also, people at home do this often, and they are afraid of flying. Whenever they are ready, they just buy the ticket and fly.

Thai Privilege (Thai elite) members didn't write anything when entering Thailand. But this time do they also need to fill out this form? If so, it's VERY inconvenient!!!
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 6th, 2025 9:23 PM
This is false. Thai Privilege (Thai elite) members did need to fill out TM6 cards when they were previously required.

So yes you still need to complete the TDAC even with Thai Elite.

If a hotel was listed on the card, but upon arrival it was changed to another hotel, should it be modified?
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 6th, 2025 7:35 PM
Most likely not, as it is related to entering Thailand.
1
HASSANHASSANApril 6th, 2025 9:03 PM
What about the airline details? Should they be entered correctly, or when making them, should we provide only initial information to create the card?
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 6th, 2025 9:25 PM
It needs to match when you are entering Thailand.

So if hotel or airline charges occur before you have entered, then you must update it.

After you have already arrived, it shouldn't matter anymore if you decided to switch hotels.

I hold a Non-0 (retirement) visa. Each annual extension by immigration services adds a number and date of validity for the last annual extension. I assume that is the number that needs to be entered? Correct or not?

That is an optional field
0
AnonymousAnonymousApril 4th, 2025 5:26 PM

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have identified several issues with your new DAC online system.

I just tried to submit for a date in May. I realize that the system is not operational yet but I could complete most of the boxes/fields.

I note that this system is for all non-Thais, regardless of visa/entry conditions.

I have identified the following issues.

1/Departure date and flight number are marked * and mandatory! Many people entering Thailand on long-term visas such as Non O or OA have no legal requirement to have a departure date/flight out of Thailand. We cannot submit this form online without departure flight information (date and a flight number)

2/I am a British passport holder, but as a Non O visa retiree, my country of residence and my home is in Thailand. I am also a Thailand resident for tax purposes. There is no option for me to select Thailand. The UK is not my residence. I haven't lived there for years. Do you want us to lie and select a different country?

3/So many countries on the drop-down menu are listed under 'The'. This is illogical and I have never seen a country drop-down ever that doesn't start with a country's or a state's first letter. 🤷‍♂️

4/What do I do if I am in a foreign country one day and make a spontaneous decision to fly to Thailand the next day, i.e., Vietnam to Bangkok? Your DAC website and information state that this should be submitted 3 days before. What if I decide to come to Thailand in 2 days' time? Am I not allowed to come under my retirement visa and re-entry permit?

This new system is supposed to be an improvement on the current one. Since you disposed of the TM6, the current system is easy.

This new system has not been thought through and is not logical.

I submit my constructive criticism with respect to help shape this system before it goes live on 1 May 2025, before it causes many visitors and immigration a headache.
1
AnonymousAnonymousApril 3rd, 2025 5:33 PM
1) It's actually optional.

2) For now, you should still choose UK.

3) It's not perfect, but since it's an autocomplete field, it will still show the correct result.

4) You can submit it as soon as you're ready. There's nothing stopping you from submitting it on the same day you travel.

To whom it may concern, I'm traveling in June. I am retired and now want to retire in Thailand. Will there be a problem purchasing a one-way ticket? In other words, will I need any other documentation?
1
AnonymousAnonymousApril 3rd, 2025 2:45 PM
This has very little to do with the TDAC, and more to do with the visa you will be arriving on.

If you just arrive without any visa then yes you will run into issues without having a return flight.

You should join the Facebook groups mentioned on this website, and ask this, and provide more context.
