For your TDAC leave blank if your passport doesn’t show a middle name. Do not force “bin/binti” here unless it is actually printed in the “Given Name” section of your passport.
HI.. if i already submitted Given Name and Surname without BIN/BINTI but it is printed in my passport, Do I have to make new submission? and where should I add the BIN/BINTI? on a Given Name or Surname?
TDACを登録しましたが、急遽、渡航できなくなりました。 1か月ほど先になりそうなのですが 取り消しはどうすればよいでしょうか？
ログインして、到着日を数か月後に編集することをお勧めします。そうすれば再提出の必要がなくなり、必要に応じてTDACの到着日を変更し続けることができます。

can not put country of residenc in the form. It is not working.
If you do not see your country of residence for your TDAC you can select OTHER, and put in your missing country of residence.

Ich fliege mit einem Bekannten von München nach Thailand. Wir kommen am 30.10.2025 um circa 06.15 Uhr in Bangkok an. Kann ich und mein Bekannter das TM6 Formular bei Ihnen mit Ihrem Einreichungsservice schon jetzt einreichen? Wenn ja, wieviel kostet dieser Service bei Ihnen.? Wann bekomme ich dann das Genehmigungsformular von Ihnen per E-Mail (früher als 72 Stunden vor Ankunft in Thailand)? Ich brauche das TM6 Formular und nicht das TDAC oder gibt es da keinen Unterschied? Muss ich das TM6 Formular bei Ihnen für mich und meinem Bekannten extra einreichen (also 2 Mal) oder kann ich das wie bei der offiziellen Seite mit einer Einreichung als Gruppenreise durchführen. Bekomme ich dann von Ihnen zwei Genehmigungen getrennt (für mich und meinem Bekannten) oder nur eine Genehmigung (Gruppenreise) für zwei Personen? Ich habe einen Laptop mit Drucker und ein Samsung Handy. Mein Bekannter hat diese Dinge leider nicht.

Bei einer Gruppeneinreichung erhält jeder Reisende sein eigenes individuelles TDAC-Dokument. Wenn Sie den Antrag im Namen Ihres Bekannten ausfüllen, haben Sie auch Zugriff auf sein Dokument. I have accidentally input the visa application as Tourist Visa instead of Exempt Entry, (day trip to Thailand). How do I go about it? Can I cancel my application?
You can update your TDAC by logging in, and clicking the EDIT button. Or just submitting again.

You are required to have proof of vaccination since you have been in Tanzania for the TDAC.
On my passport, first compare the last name (Rossi) and then the first name (Mario): the full name, as it appears on the passport, is Rossi Mario. I filled out the form correctly, entering my last name Rossi first, followed by my first name Mario, following the order and boxes on the form. After filling out the entire form, when I checked all the information, I noticed that the full name is Mario Rossi, meaning first name and last name, in reverse order to that on my passport (Rossi Mario). Can I submit it this way, having filled out the form correctly, or should I correct the form and enter my first name in place of my last name and vice versa to make the full name Rossi Mario appear?
It is most likely correct if you entered it this was because the TDAC displays First Middle Last on the document.
On my Italian passport, the last name (family name) appears first, followed by the first name. The form respects the same order: it asks first the last name (family name), followed by the first name. However, after filling it out, I see the reversed order: the full name is composed of the first name followed by the surname (family name). Is this correct?
As long as you entered them correctly in the TDAC fields then you are fine. You can confirm this by logging in, and attempting to edit your TDAC. Or reaching out to support@agents.co.th (if you used the agents system).
TH Digital Arrival Card No: 2D7B442 My passport full name is WEI JU CHEN, but when I applied, I forgot to add the space in the given name, so it shows as WEIJU. Please help correct it to the proper passport full name: WEI JU CHEN. Thank you.
