TDAC Submissions Within 72 Hours Should Be FREE
⚠️ WARNING: All untrusted operators charge 900-4000 THB for services that are FREE through official channels. There is NO SUCH THING as "priority approval" - TDACs are INSTANTLY issued and require no review.
The only legitimate paid service is early submission outside the 72-hour window. Any other "premium" features do not justify high fees.
Protect Yourself from TDAC Scams
Multiple fake websites have appeared claiming to offer Thailand Digital Arrival Card submission services while charging unnecessary fees. The official TDAC submission is FREE within 72 hours of arrival through the government portal and trusted agencies.
IMPORTANT: The official Thai government TDAC portal is located at tdac.immigration.go.th (a genuine .go.th domain used by Thai government agencies).
Warning Signs of TDAC Scam Sites:
🚨
Charging for 72-hour Window Submissions
Legitimate services (including the official government portal) offer FREE submissions within 72 hours of arrival. Scam sites charge for this basic service.
🚨
Suspicious Domain Names
Legitimate Thai services use .go.th (government), .co.th or .in.th (registered Thai businesses) domains. Be wary of domains not ending in .th
🚨
Charging for Free TDAC Submissions
Scam sites often hide their contact information, and do not let you know that they are a third-party service. Many also do not provide a proper terms and conditions for review.
🚨
No Registered Business Details
Legitimate services clearly display their Thai business registration number, physical address, and contact information.
🚨
False Urgency
Scam sites create false urgency with countdown timers or warnings about 'limited slots' to pressure you into paying unnecessary fees.
🚨
Poor Translation
Legitimate services provide accurate translations in multiple languages. Scam sites often have obvious grammatical errors or awkward phrasing.
AGENTS CO., LTD.: An Alternative TDAC Service
AGENTS CO., LTD. offers a third-party service for Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) submissions, providing travelers, tour operators, and agents with an alternative option. This service aims to simplify the submission process and can be particularly useful when seeking additional features beyond what the official government site provides.
Our service includes:
- Unlimited draft sessions that never expire (unless deleted)
- Reload previous application data for faster submissions
- Edit your submission if travel plans change
- Instant approvals (typically 1 to 5 minutes) for submissions within 72 hours
- No traveler limit for tour operators and agents
- Individual TDACs for each traveler to meet tightening visa documentation requirements
Like the official government site, our service is free for submissions made within the 72-hour window before arrival. For those who prefer to prepare earlier, we offer an optional $8 convenience fee to have your TDAC automatically submitted at the earliest eligible time.
During a major technical outage of the official TDAC website on May 7th, 2025, many travelers chose to use our alternative service. Our system helped process these submissions efficiently, with the vast majority of travelers receiving their TDACs without delay—most at no cost.
As a registered Thai business with experience handling traveler data, AGENTS CO., LTD. follows Thailand's PDPA regulations and maintains strict standards for privacy and data protection.
