IMPORTANT: These pages are based on community reports and follow-up investigations into ads and services associated with TDAC submissions. Some of the listed operators may be scams, while others may be using deceptive or zero-value-add service offers.
If you operate a listed site or service and are no longer charging fees for services that provide no meaningful added value, you can contact us at legal@agents.co.th for review.
Otherwise, these pages remain online to document the evidence currently on file.
Observed pricing we have on file for this site:Arrival <72h: $92 (3,128 THB)Arrival >72h: $47 (1,598 THB)
Warning: This pricing appears to charge a fake rush fee for a service that may take longer than the official form. The official form typically takes about 5 minutes, while the service we tested took more than 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
These ads may appear on Google and can be reported through Google's ad reporting tools; reported creatives may be removed.
In some cases, the same operators appear to register new domains and reuse newly created or compromised ad accounts after earlier listings are reported or removed.

How to report these ads on Google

  3. Select "It promotes a restricted product or service".
  4. Submit the message below as the reason.
This advertiser appears to raise concerns under Google Ads policy, including the "Electronic travel visas and authorizations" section at https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/13156083. Based on the ad copy and service flow we reviewed, the advertiser appears to promote "free" TDAC services while directing travelers toward paying $92 (3,128 THB) to submit a TDAC form within the officially free 72-hour submission window described by the Thai government. During this period, TDAC submission is available without government charge, so advertising the service as "free" while still collecting payment may be misleading to travelers. Based on our testing, this service did not appear to provide expedited processing, special access, or another clearly stated benefit that would justify the fee during the free submission window. The Thai government has published official advisories warning travelers about operators that advertise "fast approvals" or "free" TDAC-related services while still charging fees for submissions that are otherwise available without official charge. Those advisories caution travelers about businesses that may exploit confusion around government processes. If this advertiser is running Google Ads that promote a "free" TDAC service while charging users within that free submission window, the ads may misrepresent the nature of the offering and may be inconsistent with Google's misrepresentation and consumer deception policies. This advertising may facilitate conduct that conflicts with official government guidance and Google's own advertising policies. The advertiser identified in the ad records reviewed is Nikolaj Schmidt (Advertiser ID: AR17452140406572580865), based in Denmark, operating the domain e-visa.travel. We believe this activity should be reviewed by Google and, if confirmed to violate policy, removed in order to reduce potential consumer harm and protect travelers from misleading advertising.
