What to do when TDAC is down
Official Source
We are not the official source; we use independent worldwide monitors that check tdac.immigration.go.th every minute from inside and outside Thailand.
Why It Matters
When the official portal is down, travelers must delay submissions or use trusted services. We surface those events immediately.
Emergency TDAC Handling
If you arrive within 72 hours and the government site is offline, AGENTS submits your request for free, holds it securely, and pushes it the minute services return.
How to Respond
If downtime occurs, wait for an UP log or let AGENTS queue your submission so it is sent automatically once immigration systems recover.
