Hello, if I use my passport but will cross the border by bus, how should I enter the vehicle registration number? I would like to register in advance but I do not know the registration number.

If traveling to the country by bus, please specify the bus number in the TDAC form, you can enter the full bus number or just the numeric part.

I cannot access tdac.immigration.go.th; it shows a blocked error. We are in Shanghai. Is there a different website that may be accessible?

We used agents.co.th/tdac-apply, and it works in China.

I am applying for TDAC as a group of 10. However, I do not see the groups section box.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 13th, 2025 8:23 PM
For both the official TDAC, and the agent’s TDAC the additional travelers option comes after you submit your first traveler.

With a group that large you may want to try the agent’s form just in case anything goes wrong.

Why is the official TDAC form not allowing me to click any of the buttons? The orange checkbox does not let me pass.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 13th, 2025 3:50 PM
Sometimes the Cloudflare check just doesn’t work. I had a layover in China and couldn’t get it to load no matter what.

Thankfully, the agent’s TDAC system doesn’t use that annoying barrier. It worked smoothly for me without any issues.

I submitted our TDAC as a family of four, but I noticed a typo in my passport number. How can I correct just mine?
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 12th, 2025 6:45 AM
If you used the Agents TDAC you can just login, and edit your TDAC, and it will reissue for you.

But if you used the official government form you will have to submit the whole thing again as they do not allow editing the passport number.

Hi there!

I guess it’s not possible to update the departure details after arriving, as I cannot choose a previous arrival date.
-1
AnonymousAnonymousJune 11th, 2025 1:14 PM
You cannot update your departure details on the TDAC after you’ve already arrived.

Currently, there's no requirement to keep the TDAC information updated after entry ( just like the old paper form ).

Hi, I have submitted my application for TDAC through all or VIP, but now I can't log back in because it says no email is connected to it. However, I received an email for my receipt for that one, so it is definitely the right email.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 10th, 2025 9:44 AM
I have also contacted by email and Line and am just awaiting feedback, but I am unsure what’s going on.
0

You can always contact support@agents.co.th

It sounds like you made a typo in your email for your TDAC.

I subscribed to eSIM and it hasn't been activated on my phone. How can I activate it?
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 9th, 2025 6:40 AM
For Thai eSIM cards, you must be in Thailand to activate them, and the process occurs while connected to a Wi-Fi network.

How can I apply for a double-entry?
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 9th, 2025 4:01 AM
You’ll need to apply for two TDACs.

With the TDAC agents system, you can first complete one application, then log out and log back in.

You’ll then see an option to copy your existing TDAC, making the second application much faster.

0

The official form does not allow you to, but you can do it through the TDAC agents.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 5th, 2025 9:15 PM
Peace be upon you.

When I submitted a TDAC request, I was asked to pay an amount for an eSIM card. When I arrived at the airport I requested the eSIM from the offices in the airport, but it was not recognized and each office sent me to another one. No one was able to activate the service, and a new card was purchased from the offices, so I did not benefit from the eSIM service.

How can the amount be refunded?

Thank you.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 5th, 2025 9:40 PM
Please contact support@agents.co.th — it seems you forgot to download the eSIM. If that is the case, the amount will be refunded to you.

Hello, if I am visa-exempt but filled out a tourist visa, will it affect my entry?
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 3rd, 2025 12:27 AM
This will not affect your entry, because it is an additional field on the TDAC agent form.

You can contact them at any time via support@agents.co.th to ask them to correct it, or, if your arrival date has not yet passed, edit your TDAC.

Hi there.

The question regarding the visa number: does that refer only to Thailand visas or to other countries’ visas as well?
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 2nd, 2025 5:17 PM
For the TDAC refers to Thailand. If you do not have one it's optional.

Does a MYANMAR SEAMAN WHO WILL JOIN A SHIP AT BANGKOK NEED A TRANSIT VISA? IF YES, HOW MUCH?
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 2nd, 2025 5:49 PM
Hello. Myanmar seafarers need a Transit Visa to board a ship in Bangkok. The fee is US$35.

This matter is not related to the TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card). Seafarers do not need a TDAC.

You must apply for the visa at the Thai Embassy. If you need assistance, you may contact us.

My nationality has been mentioned incorrectly. My nationality is not Dutch. It is The Kingdom of the Netherlands. Dutch is the language spoken in The Netherlands.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 1st, 2025 3:58 PM
For the TDAC official government site is not correct "NLD : DUTCH", the agents service does correctly identify this as NETHERLANDS (can be searched by both NLD, NETHERLANDS, and DUTCH).

This appears to be an issue with an old country list that the Thai immigration website is using, it has multiple errors.

I cannot update the information about my rescheduled departure from Phuket because in the “arrival” field the 25th cannot be clicked, apparently because that date has already passed, and entering this date manually gives an “incorrect entry” message… what should I do?
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 1st, 2025 4:08 AM
There is no need to update the TDAC after entering Thailand.

TDAC is a document required only for entry into the country.

We keep getting a validation error when entering the city from the drop-down for the TDAC.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 29th, 2025 6:49 AM
The official TDAC form has a bug right now where if you select a city with a "-" in it then it will cause an issue.

You can get around this by deleting the dash and replacing it with a space.

When filling out the TDAC, which country should I indicate as the country of entry? I am boarding in Russia but have a 10-hour layover in China, and my second flight will be from China; I am not leaving the transit area.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 28th, 2025 3:08 AM
In your situation, your second flight likely has a different flight number. Because of this, you will need to select China and the corresponding flight number for your TDAC as the country of departure.

If a Thai passport has expired for 7 months and I use a British passport to enter Thailand, do I need to fill out TDAC?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 28th, 2025 1:20 AM
For the TDAC, if you are Thai but you enter the country using a United Kingdom passport, you must complete the TDAC for the same reason you would receive a visa stamp.

Simply select the United Kingdom as the country of your passport.

If it's a separate ticket, then you should be using the last ticket/leg of the journey for your TDAC arrival flight.

Hello,

We are going to Thailand for 1 week, then to Vietnam for 2 weeks, then we are coming back to Thailand for 1 week. Do we need to submit a new TDAC application 3 days before returning to Thailand?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 27th, 2025 10:13 AM
Yes, you must submit a TDAC application for each entry into Thailand.

The earliest you can do this via the official government website (https://tdac.immigration.go.th/) is 3 days before your arrival.

However, it is also possible to do it on the day of your flight, or even upon your arrival in Thailand, although this may cause delays if you do not have an Internet connection or if the kiosks at the airport are overloaded.

It is therefore recommended to do it in advance, as soon as the 72-hour window opens.

When I filled in the hotel address, it appeared as follows, with repeated areas and sub-areas at the beginning. Is this a problem? BANGKOK, PATHUM WAN, WANG MAI, BANGKOK, 40 SOIKASEMSAN 1 RAMA 1 ROAD PATUMWAN WANGMAI BANGKOK 10330
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 26th, 2025 10:33 PM
It is fine if there are repeated names of areas or sub-areas in the hotel address. As long as the complete address and postal code are correct and consistent with the actual location of the hotel, it will not cause any issues with the TDAC application.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 26th, 2025 6:21 PM
When I fill in the hotel address, the area and sub‑area are repeated at the beginning and the end of the final address. Does that matter? For example:

BANGKOK, PATHUM WAN, WANG MAI, BANGKOK, 40 SOI KASEMSAN 1 RAMA 1 ROAD PATHUMWAN WANGMAI BANGKOK 10330. Will this have any impact?

If arriving on June 11, do I have to submit it within 3 days before arrival, or can I submit and pay earlier?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 26th, 2025 6:20 PM
You can submit the TDAC yourself for free within 72 hours before arrival.

Or you can start the application in advance through a trusted agency for a small fee (US$8). In that case, it will be automatically submitted and issued once you are within 72 hours of arrival.

0

If you do not have a family name or surname, for completing the TDAC form you can simply enter a dash like this: "-" in the family name field.

This is acceptable and can be processed in the TDAC system without any problem.

International students holding a student visa are going to Malaysia for a holiday on the 21st and will return to Thailand to continue working. However, the system requires them to fill in the return flight details after completing their internship (in July), but since that is still a long way off, they haven't booked a return ticket yet. What should they do?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 23rd, 2025 9:18 PM
Regarding the departure date from Thailand in the TDAC form, this information is not required if the student has accommodation in Thailand and will stay for more than one day.

The departure date only needs to be provided if the student does not have accommodation details in Thailand, for example in the case of a transit flight or if they will stay for only one day.

Therefore, if the student has not yet planned or booked a return ticket at the end of the internship, the departure date field can be left blank with no problem.

Can I request the results of the registration retroactively? It is necessary for visa extension.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 22nd, 2025 6:44 PM
If you have lost your TDAC information, you can try contacting contact@tdac.immigration.go.th. However, from what we have seen, in many cases emails bounce back, so we recommend that you keep your TDAC registration information safely and do not delete the confirmation email.

If you used an agency service, there is a high chance the agency still has your information and can resend it to you. We recommend contacting the agency you used.
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 23rd, 2025 10:53 AM
The confirmation email was not received before entering Thailand, but the foreigner has already passed Thai Immigration and entered. A confirmation document is now required for a visa extension.

The details have been sent by email to contact@tdac.immigration.go.th. Please kindly check.

I successfully applied for and downloaded my TDAC yesterday. However, due to urgent matters, I have to cancel the trip.

I would like to ask:

Do I need to cancel my TDAC application?

I applied together with my family members, who will still proceed with the trip. Will my absence cause any issues for their entry into Thailand, since our applications were submitted together?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 22nd, 2025 6:41 PM
You don’t need to cancel your TDAC application. Your family members should still be able to enter Thailand without any problems, even though the applications were submitted together.

If there’s any issue at the airport, they can fill out a new TDAC there. Another option is to resubmit a new TDAC for them just to be safe.

EVERYwhere we are told that this TDAC is free of charge. However I was charged 18 US dollars, can someone tell me why?
0
AnonymousAnonymousMay 21st, 2025 9:42 PM
If you were charged $18, it’s likely because you selected both the early submission service ($8) and a $10 eSIM during checkout.

Please note that eSIMs are not free, and submitting the TDAC more than 72 hours in advance requires assistance. That’s why agents charge a small service fee for early processing.

If you submit within the 72 hour window its 100% free.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJune 5th, 2025 9:21 PM
Unfortunately, I submitted the request within 72 hours and the amount was charged.
