Hello, I would like to know what I should write in the field asking if I was in any country on the list in the 14 days prior. I have not been in any of those listed countries in the last 14 days. I live and work in Germany and I only travel every 6-7 for work to go on holiday and I always go to Thailand; on October 14 I will stay for 2 weeks and then return to Germany. What should I write regarding this?

I wrote the departure date instead of arrival date (Oct 22 instead of Oct 23). Shall I submit another TDAC?

I would like to ask: I was on the official TDAC website and filled it out about three times. I always checked everything afterwards and I simply never received the QR code to my email, and I keep doing it over and over but there are no errors or anything wrong because I check it several times in a row. Hello, I have just completed my TDAC and accidentally entered September 17 as my arrival date, but I will only arrive on the 18th. I have now received my QR code. To make a change there is a link where a code must be entered. Now I don't know whether I should first enter the incorrect arrival date again in the subsequent query in order to get to the page for changes? Or should I rather wait until tomorrow so that the 72 hours have elapsed?

We will stay 3 days in Bangkok before leaving for South Korea, then we will return to Thailand to stay one night before returning to France.

Can my acquaintance and I submit the TM6 form with your submission service now? If so, how much does this service cost with you? When will I then receive the approval form from you by email (earlier than 72 hours before arrival in Thailand)? I need the TM6 form and not the TDAC—or is there no difference? Do I have to submit the TM6 form with you separately for me and my acquaintance (i.e., twice), or can I submit it as a group trip like on the official site? Will I then receive two approvals separately (for me and my acquaintance) or only one approval (group) for two people? I have a laptop with a printer and a Samsung phone. My acquaintance unfortunately does not have these items.

On my passport, first compare the last name (Rossi) and then the first name (Mario): the full name, as it appears on the passport, is Rossi Mario. I filled out the form correctly, entering my last name Rossi first, followed by my first name Mario, following the order and boxes on the form. After filling out the entire form, when I checked all the information, I noticed that the full name is Mario Rossi, meaning first name and last name, in reverse order to that on my passport (Rossi Mario). Can I submit it this way, having filled out the form correctly, or should I correct the form and enter my first name in place of my last name and vice versa to make the full name Rossi Mario appear?

On my Italian passport, the last name (family name) appears first, followed by the first name. The form respects the same order: it asks first the last name (family name), followed by the first name.
