Hello, the Accommodation Information can't be filled, it's gray color? what should I do?
It was my mistake. I filled the Departure section with wrong date. I should've put my departure date from Thailand not from my country. Because the section is misleading. please write this notice in the application.

Hello I register in tdac day of return 6 genuary I arrive 19 dicember but I want stay more 20 days in passport I have to return 16 February what I doing for change the date in tdac?
Since you already entered using the TDAC you do not need to update it if your travel plans change. It is only required to be correct upon entry.
I have entered the wrong arrival anda departure dates from Thailand in TDAC,what should i do?
Edit your TDAC to correct it, or submit again.

Bonjour Je participe en Thaïlande le 3 janvier je pars d’Allemagne je fais une escale au Qatar. Quel pays je dois indiquer comme pays de départ? Ensuite j’ai pas de vol retour. Est ce que je peux prendre un vol pour la Malaisie pour justifier de mon retour ?
Vous devez sélectionner le Qatar comme pays de départ pour votre TDAC. Si vous bénéficiez d'une exemption, un vol retour est nécessaire ; un vol vers la Malaisie convient.

Hi there, i hold a Dutch passport and my partner holds a Bolivian passport. She has lived with me in the Netherlands for almost two years. Do we need to report to the Department of Disease Control? We are arriving from the Netherlands, which is not a yellow-fever country.
The yellow fever requirement is not based on passport its based on recent travel for the TDAC. So if you were only in Netherlands she will NOT need a health certificate for the TDAC.

For your TDAC you do the first arrival address they will spend the night at, or port.

Debes enviar tu solicitud como Bangkok, ya que el TDAC solo es necesario para ingresar al país.
If I go to Thailand and stay there for 3 days and register for the tdac form, and then I go to Hong Kong and want to return to Thailand again, do I have to register for the tdac again?
Yes, you must have a NEW TDAC for each entry into Thailand.

If your arrival is within 72 hours, your TDAC will be issued in about 1 to 3 minutes. If your arrival is more than 72 hours away, it will be issued during the first 1 to 3 minutes after your arrival time enters the 72 hour window.
გამარჯობათ, 5 დეკემბერს მივფრინავ ახლა შევავსე გადავიხადე 8 დოლარი მარა შეცდომა დავუშვი, შევავსე ისევ თავიდან თავიდან გადავიხადე 8 დოლარი, - უკვე სწორად შევავსე, რამე პრობლემა ხო არ შემექმნება ჩემი სახელით 2 tdac რო არის შევსებული ? რომელს განიხილავენ?
