Hello. We're coming with my brother and I filled out my arrival card first. I entered my hotel and the city I'll be staying in, but when I tried to fill in my brother's card it didn't allow us to enter the accommodation section and a message appeared saying it would be the same as the previous passenger. As a result, my brother's arrival card only lacks the accommodation information because the site didn't let us fill it in. My card includes it. Will this be a problem? Please advise. We also tried from different phones and computers but encountered the same issue.

AnonymousAnonymousAugust 27th, 2025 2:51 AM
The official form can sometimes cause problems when completed for multiple passengers. Therefore your brother's card may appear to be missing the accommodation section. Instead you can use the agents form at https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply
adresindeki agents formunu kullanabilirsiniz, burada böyle bir sorun yaşanmıyor.

I filled out the document twice because the first time I entered the wrong flight number (I have a layover so I take two planes). Is that a problem?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 26th, 2025 11:54 AM
There is no problem, you can fill out the TDAC multiple times. Only the last version submitted counts, so if you corrected the flight number there, it is fine.

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card ( TDAC ) is a mandatory digital arrival registration for international travelers. is required before boarding any flight bound for Thailand.
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 26th, 2025 2:54 AM
Correct, the TDAC is required to enter Thailand internationally

Hi, how can I extend my TDAC card in Bangkok.
Because of the hospital procedure
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 24th, 2025 2:17 AM
You do not need to extend a TDAC if you already used it to enter Thailand.
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 23rd, 2025 7:45 PM
Hi, if I would like to extend my TDAC how because I supposed to go back to my country on 25th August now I need to stay more days nine days
0

The TDAC is not a visa, it is only required to enter Thailand.

Just make sure your visa covers your stay, and you are fine.

Which location should be entered as the port of entry when transiting through Bangkok? Bangkok or the actual destination in Thailand?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 20th, 2025 10:57 PM
The port of entry is always the first airport in Thailand. If you are transiting through Bangkok, you should enter Bangkok as the port of entry on the TDAC, not your onward destination.
0
HareHareAugust 20th, 2025 9:00 PM
Can the TDAC also be filled out 2 weeks before the start of the trip?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 20th, 2025 10:56 PM
You can apply for your TDAC up to 2 weeks in advance by using the AGENTS system at https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply.
0

If we are flying from Stuttgart via Istanbul and Bangkok to Koh Samui in transit, should the date of entry be the arrival in Bangkok or Koh Samui?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 20th, 2025 10:55 PM
In your case, Bangkok is considered your first entry into Thailand. This means you must select Bangkok as your arrival location on your TDAC, even if you are flying onward to Koh Samui.

It says "all countries visited within 2 weeks before arrival," but if I haven't visited any, how should I fill it in?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 19th, 2025 3:30 PM
For the TDAC, if you have not visited any other countries before arrival, please enter only the country you are currently departing from.

There should be a red EDIT button which will allow you to update the arrival date, and resubmit the TDAC for you.

Hello, a Japanese national arrived on 17/08/2025 but entered the wrong accommodation in Thailand. Is it possible to edit the address? I tried to edit it, but the system does not allow editing after the arrival date has passed.
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 18th, 2025 12:55 PM
Once the date on the TDAC has passed, you can no longer edit the information in the TDAC. If you have already entered as specified in the TDAC, no further action can be taken.

My TDAC has other travelers on it, can i still use it for the LTR visa, or should it just have my name?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 17th, 2025 10:58 PM
For the TDAC, if you submit as a group through the official site, they’ll issue just one document with everyone’s names listed on it.

That should still work fine for the LTR form, but if you’d prefer individual TDACs for group submissions, you can try the Agents TDAC form next time. It’s free and available here: https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply

After submitting the TDAC, my trip was cancelled due to illness. Is there any procedure required to cancel the TDAC, or any other necessary steps?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 15th, 2025 1:26 PM
If you do not actually enter the country by the TDAC entry deadline, it will be automatically cancelled, so no cancellation or special procedures are required.

Good morning, I have questions about what to enter in this field (COUNTRY/TERRITORY WHERE YOU BOARDED) for the following trips:

TRIP 1 – 2 people depart from Madrid, spend 2 nights in Istanbul, and from there take a flight 2 days later to Bangkok

TRIP 2 – 5 people travel from Madrid to Bangkok with a layover in Qatar

What should we indicate in that field for each of the trips?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 12th, 2025 6:04 PM
For the TDAC submission, you should select the following:

Trip 1: Istanbul
Trip 2: Qatar

This is based on the last flight, but you should also select the country of origin in the TDAC health declaration.

I will travel from Hong Kong to Thailand on October 16 but do not yet know when I will return to Hong Kong. Do I need to fill in the return date to Hong Kong on the TDAC since I am not sure when I will go back?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 11th, 2025 11:11 PM
If you have provided accommodation information, you do not need to fill in the return date when applying for the TDAC. However, if you are entering Thailand under a visa exemption or tourist visa, you may still be required to show a return or onward ticket. Please ensure you have a valid visa upon entry and carry at least 20,000 THB (or equivalent currency), as having only the TDAC does not guarantee entry.

For the TDAC, if your name contains hyphens, please replace them with spaces, as the system only accepts letters (A–Z) and spaces.

We will be on transit at BKK and if I got it right, we won‘t need a TDAC. Is that correct? Because when entering the same date of arrival as the date of departure, the TDAC-system doesn‘t allow to continue filling in the form. And I can’t click „I am on transit…“ either. Thank you for your help.
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 7th, 2025 6:36 PM
There is a specific option for transit, or you can use the https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply system, which should let you select the same date for both arrival and departure.

If you do this, you won’t need to enter any accommodation details.

Sometimes the official system has issues with these settings.

Good afternoon,
I decided to change my departure date while already in Thailand. Do I need to take any action regarding the TDAC?
0
AnonymousAnonymousAugust 4th, 2025 3:10 PM
If it is only the departure date, and you have already entered Thailand with your TDAC, you do not need to do anything at all.

The TDAC information is only relevant upon entry, not for departure or stay. The TDAC must only be valid at the time of entry.
-1

Please inform me.
-1
AnonymousAnonymousJuly 30th, 2025 10:30 PM
You must submit a TDAC for each trip to Thailand. In your case, you will therefore need to complete another TDAC.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJuly 30th, 2025 3:26 PM
I understand that travelers transiting through Thailand do not need to complete the TDAC. However, I have heard that if one leaves the airport briefly to visit the city during transit, the TDAC must be completed.

In this case, would it be acceptable to complete the TDAC by entering the same date for both the arrival and departure dates and by proceeding without providing accommodation details?

Or, is it the case that travelers who leave the airport only for a short visit to the city do not need to complete the TDAC at all?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
0
AnonymousAnonymousJuly 30th, 2025 10:29 PM
You are correct, for the TDAC if you are transiting you first enter the same date of departure as your date of entry, and then the accommodation details are no longer needed.

Thailand now requires travelers to complete a Thailand Digital Arrival Card for faster entry processing.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJuly 25th, 2025 7:49 PM
The TDAC is an improvement over the old TM6 card, but the best and fastest entry process was during the period when neither the TDAC nor TM6 was required.

Yes, it’s a smart idea to complete your TDAC in advance.

There are only six TDAC kiosks at the airport, and they’re almost always full. The Wi-Fi near the gate is also very slow, which can make things even more difficult.

Valérie Valérie July 20th, 2025 7:52 PM
Hello,
My son entered Thailand with his TDAC on July 10 and indicated his return date as August 11, which is the date of his return flight. However, I have seen in several sources that seem official that the first TDAC application cannot exceed 30 days and that it must be extended afterwards. Yet, upon arrival, immigration services validated his entry without any issue, even though from July 10 to August 11 is more than 30 days—about 33 days. Does he need to do anything, or is nothing required? Since his current TDAC already indicates departure on August 11... Also, if he misses his return flight and is delayed and needs to stay a few extra days, what should be done regarding the TDAC? Nothing? I have read in several of your responses that once entry into Thailand is made, nothing else needs to be done. But I don't understand this 30-day issue. Thank you for your help!
0
AnonymousAnonymousJuly 21st, 2025 1:30 AM
This situation has nothing to do with the TDAC, as the TDAC does not determine the authorized length of stay in Thailand. Your son does not need to take any further steps. What matters is the stamp placed in his passport upon arrival. It is very likely that he entered under the visa exemption scheme, which is common for French passport holders. Currently, this exemption allows a stay of 60 days (instead of the previous 30), which explains why he had no problem despite dates exceeding 30 days. As long as he respects the exit date indicated in his passport, no further action is necessary.
0
Valérie Valérie July 21st, 2025 4:52 PM
Thank you very much for your response, which helps me. So, if for any reason the indicated deadline of August 11 is exceeded, what steps should my son take? Especially if it is an unplanned overstay of the exit date from Thailand? Thank you again in advance for your next response.
0
AnonymousAnonymousJuly 21st, 2025 5:57 PM
It seems there is some confusion. Your son actually benefits from a 60-day visa exemption, which means his expiration date should be September 8, not August. Ask him to take a photo of the stamp placed in his passport upon arrival and send it to you; you should see a date in September indicated there.
