For older visitors without inline skills, will a paper version be available?
From what we understand it must done online, maybe you can have someone you know submit for you, or use an agent. Assuming you were able to book a flight without any online skills the same company could help you with the TDAC.
This is not required yet, it will start on May 1st, 2025
Meaning you can apply April 28th for May 1st arrival.
