Buenos días, tengo dudas sobre qué poner en este campo (COUNTRY/TERRITORY WHERE YOU BOARDED) en los siguientes viajes: VIAJE 1 – 2 personas que salen de Madrid, pasan 2 noches en Estambul y desde allí cogen un vuelo 2 días después con destino Bangkok VIAJE 2 – 5 personas que viajan de Madrid a Bangkok con escala en Qatar Qué tenemos que indicar en ese campo para cada uno de los viajes?
Para la presentación del TDAC, deben seleccionar lo siguiente: Viaje 1: Estambul Viaje 2: Catar Se basa en el último vuelo, pero también deben seleccionar el país de origen en la declaración de salud del TDAC.

Hello, i’m going to Thailand next month, and i’m filling up the Thailand Digital Card form. My first name is “Jen-Marianne” but in the form I can’t type the hyphen. What should I do? Should I type it as “JenMarianne” or “Jen Marianne”?
For the TDAC, if your name contains hyphens, please replace them with spaces, as the system only accepts letters (A–Z) and spaces.
We will be on transit at BKK and if I got it right, we won‘t need a TDAC. Is that correct? Because when entering the same date of arrival as the date of departure, the TDAC-system doesn‘t allow to continue filling in the form. And I can’t click „I am on transit…“ either. Thank you for your help.
There is a specific option for transit, or you can use the https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply system, which should let you select the same date for both arrival and departure. If you do this, you won’t need to enter any accommodation details. Sometimes the official system has issues with these settings.

Если это только дата выезда, и вы уже въехали в Таиланд по своему TDAC, то вам вообще ничего делать не нужно. Информация TDAC имеет значение только при въезде, а не при выезде или пребывании. TDAC должен быть действителен только на момент въезда.

Does the tdac cover multi stops within Thailand?
The TDAC is only required if you are leaving the plane, and tis also NOT required for domestic travel within Thailand.
Do you still need to have the health declaration form approved even if you have the TDAC confirmed?
The TDAC is the health declaration, and if you have traveled through any of those countries which require additional details then you will have to provide them.

Try typing USA in the country of residence field for the TDAC. It should show the correct option.

Vous devez soumettre un TDAC à chaque voyage en Thaïlande. Dans votre cas, vous devrez donc remplir un autre TDAC.
I understand that travelers transiting through Thailand do not need to complete the TDAC. However, I have heard that if one leaves the airport briefly to visit the city during transit, the TDAC must be completed. In this case, would it be acceptable to complete the TDAC by entering the same date for both the arrival and departure dates and by proceeding without providing accommodation details? Or, is it the case that travelers who leave the airport only for a short visit to the city do not need to complete the TDAC at all? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,
You are correct, for the TDAC if you are transiting you first enter the same date of departure as your date of entry, and then the accommodation details are no longer needed.

For the TDAC the visa number is optional, but if you see it you can omit the /, and only enter the numeric parts of the visa number.
