I am Indian Passport Holder visiting my Girlfriend in Thailand. If I don’t want to book a hotel and stay at her home. What documents would I be asked if I select staying with a friend?
You just put your girlfriends address. No documents are required at this time.

I work in Norway every two months. and am in Thailand on visa exemption every two months. is married to thai wife. and has Swedish passport. is registered in Thailand. Which country should I list as a country of residence?
If more than 6 months in Thailand you could put Thailand.

Man kann sich auch unnötig Probleme machen, ich hab früher auch irgendeine Fake-Addresse beim Aufenthalt angegeben, beim Beruf Prime Minister, klappt und interessiert doch sowieso keinen, beim Rückflug auch irgendein Datum, das Ticket will doch sowieso keiner sehen.
Good morning I have a retirement visa and I live in Thailand 11 months per year. I have to fill up the DTAC card? I tried to make an exame on line but once I have to put my visa number 9465/2567 it is rejected because the symbol / is not accept ed. What should I do?
In your case the 9465 would be the visa number. The 2567 is the Buddhist Era year it was issued in. If you were to subtract 543 years from that number you would get 2024 which is the year your visa was issued.

Only exception is for Thai nationals.

I am tourist bus driver. I fill out the TDAC form with a group of bus passengers or can I apply individually?
This is unclear still. To play it safe you could do it individually, but the system does allow you to add travelers (not sure if it would allow a whole bus full though)
I’m already in Thailand and arrived yesterday have a toerist visa for 60 day’s . Want to do a border run in June . How do I apply then in my situation for the Tdac because in Thailand and border run ?
You can still fill it out for a Border Run. You simply select LAND for "Mode of Travel".

ถ้าประเทศที่เขาพำนักอยู่คือประเทศไทย ก็ควรเลือกประเทศไทย ปัญหาคือระบบยังไม่มีประเทศไทยในตัวเลือก และทาง ททท. แจ้งว่าจะมีการเพิ่มเข้ามาภายในวันที่ 28 เมษายน

My name is Carlos Malaga Swiss nationality living in Bangkok and duly register in Immigration as Retired. I am not able to enter in "Country of Residence" Thailand, is not listed. An when I enter Switzerland, my city Zurich (the most important city in Switzerland is not available
Not sure about the Switzerland issue, but the Thailand issue should be fixed by April 28th.
also the email contact@tdac.immigration.go.th is not working and I receive the message: Unable to deliver message
