You would pick Istanbul for your departure country as it is the flight into Thailand for your TDAC.
I am planing to go to Thailand, stay for a month or two and then travel by train/bus up to Laos. Do I have to book a ticket for the train as close to the boarder as possible or do I have to show a ticker OUT of the country?
This is NOT related to the TDAC its related to the visa you would be entering on. If you do not have a long term visa you will need proof of return booked.

I'm currently in Thailand and have entered February 6 as my departure date on my TDAC. But I need to leave Thailand for four days in January and then return to Thailand. Should I change my TDAC?
You would need to submit a new TDAC. Once you enter on a TDAC it cannot be changed, and is only needed for each entry into Thailand. In your case you will be entering twice so you need TWO TDACS!

No you do not need any travel insurance for the TDAC. However some visas do require insurance like the Retirement OA visa.
Hi, I am from Ecuador (yellow fever list) and planning to visit Thailand. I already got my vaccine but Ecuador does not use the classic yellow OMS vaccination book. Instead, it emits a URL that displays a document with the proof of the vaccine. The vaccination center told me it should be ok because it is an official document however is not the classic format. Is it likely that I will have a problem at the moment of presenting the certificate? Thanks!
For the TDAC this should be ok, just take a screenshot.

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding the completion of the TDAC form. My husband and I completed our TDAC forms for our arrival scheduled for tomorrow. However, in the meantime our original flight was cancelled and we were rebooked to a different flight. Using my digital card number, I was able to correct the flight number on my TDAC without any issue. Unfortunately, when I try to access my husband’s TDAC using his digital card number, the system cannot find his record. In this case, should I create a new TDAC application for my husband, or is there another way to correct the existing one? Thank you very much for your assistance.
You should just submit your TDAC again, it will not cause any issues as they only use the last submitted one.

För din TDAC använder du "o" istället för "ö" eftersom endast A-Z-tecken är tillåtna i TDAC.

Est-ce que je dois indiquer une date de retour en France sur la de demande de TDAC? Et si oui laquelle?
Oui, vous devez indiquer une date de sortie de Thaïlande sur la demande de TDAC, même si vous prévoyez de prolonger votre séjour après votre arrivée. Vous devez simplement indiquer la date de retour actuellement prévue, soit le 19 avril 2026. La TDAC n’est pas un visa mais une déclaration administrative, et la date de sortie est fournie à titre indicatif uniquement, sans valeur contraignante. Faire une demande de prolongation de séjour par la suite auprès du bureau de l’immigration, par exemple à Kalasin, est une procédure normale et acceptée, même si la date réelle de sortie change. Tant que vous n’avez pas déjà bénéficié d’une prolongation lors d’une entrée sans visa (exemption), la prolongation est en principe accordée sans difficulté. Les agents de l’immigration thaïlandaise sont habitués à ce type de situation et cela ne pose généralement aucun problème.

Vous devrez remplir deux formulaires TDAC. Un pour chaque entrée en Thaïlande, et vous les remplirez séparément puisque vous entrerez en Thaïlande à plusieurs reprises.

If you do not hold a Taiwan passport then you have filled out your TDAC incorrectly, and should fill out another one.
I left Thailand on 7th of December to China, and my flight back to Bangkok on 25th of December, I faced a problem with filling arrivals card , when I fill the passport Number I get a fuls remark.
