What if I were to decide to travel to Thailand within 3 days? Then obviously I cannot submit the form 3 days in advance.

I went through all comments and got a good view about the TDAC but the only thing I still don't know is how many days before arrival I can fill in this form? The form itself seems easy to fill in!

If you are staying in various hotels in different cities which address do enter on your form?
You put the arrival hotel.
I fly into Bangkok on the 10th May and then on the 6th June fly to Cambodia for about 7 days for a side trip and then re enter Thailand again. Do I have to send another online ETA form ?
Yes you would need to fill one out each time you enter Thailand. Same as the old TM6.

Il n’est pas possible de faire la demande plus de 3 jours avant l’entrée dans le pays. L’approbation est instantanée, même pour les résidents de l’UE. Personne ne peut prédire l’avenir, mais ces mesures semblent prévues pour le long terme. À titre d’exemple, le formulaire TM6 est resté en place pendant plus de 40 ans. À ce jour, aucune annonce officielle n’a été faite concernant la durée de l’exemption de visa à partir de janvier 2026. Cela reste donc inconnu.

Alors: si je prévois mon entrée en Thaïlande le 13 janvier 2026: à partir de quelle date EXACTEMENT dois-je au plus tôt envoyer ma demande de TDAC (vu que mon vol partirait le 12 janvier): le 9 ou le 10 janvier (en considération du décalage horaire entre la France et la Thaïlande à ces dates)?

It's based on Thailand time. So if the arrival date is January 12th you would be able to submit as early as January 9th (in Thailand).
Do DTV Visa holders require to fill out this digital card?
Yes, you would still need to do this if you are arriving on, or after May 1st.
Can you submit the form on a laptop? And get the QR code back on a laptop?
The QR is sent to your email as a PDF, so you should be able to use any device.
OK so I screenshot the QR CODE from the PDF from my email right ??? because I will not have internet access on arrival.
You can screenshot it without even getting the email they show it at the end of the application.
This seems to be okay as long as we can type in the information they need. If we have to start uploading things like photos, fingerprints, etc. it will be too much work.
No document upload is required, just a 2-3 page form. (if you traveled through Africa then its a 3 pager)

I have a 2-hour stop over in Kenya from Amsterdam. Do I need a Yellow Fever Certificate even in transit? The Ministry of Public Health has issued regulations that applicants who have travelled from or through the countries which have been declared Yellow Fever Infected Areas must provide an International Health Certificate proving that they have received a Yellow Fever vaccination.

I live in Thailand on a NON-IMM O visa (Thai family). However Thailand as country of residence is not selectable. What to select? country of nationality? That would make no sense as I haven’t a residency outside off Thailand.
Looks like a early error, maybe select nationality for now because all non-thai need to fill it out according to current info.
Yes, will do so. Seems the application more focused on tourist and short term visitors and not so much considering the specific situation of long term visa holders. Besides TDAC, „East German“ doesn’t exist anymore since November 1989!

I hold a O Retirement Visa and live in Thailand. Will be returning to Thailand after a short vacation, do I still need to fill out this TDAC? Thank you.
If you are returning on, or after May 1st then yes you will need to.
As a Thailand privilege member, I am granted a one-year stamp upon entry (extendable at immigration). How can i provide a departure flight? I agree with this requirement for the visa exemption and visa on arrival tourists. However, for long-term visa holders, departure flights should not be a mandatory requirement in my opinion.
Departure information is optional as noted by the lack of red asterisks
