Why is it that when I enter Thailand from China, the digital arrival card has no option for China, so I am unable to complete the arrival card?

someone told me to fill in the TDAC. So I Did immediately (stress) and filled in the wrong Arrival date.  Because the original arriving day is 6 days old, I cannot update my TDAC. I go to Thailand in March and now I m aware that I have to fill the application 3 days before travelling.

How can I cancel my application once submitted? I will not be traveling until 2027 and decided to cancel the trip. I sent an email to support but still haven’t heard anything back.

I am from Ecuador (yellow fever list) and planning to visit Thailand. I already got my vaccine but Ecuador does not use the classic yellow OMS vaccination book. Instead, it emits a URL that displays a document with the proof of the vaccine. The vaccination center told me it should be ok because it is an official document however is not the classic format. Is it likely that I will have a problem at the moment of presenting the certificate? Thanks!

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding the completion of the TDAC form.

My husband and I completed our TDAC forms for our arrival scheduled for tomorrow. However, in the meantime our original flight was cancelled and we were rebooked to a different flight.

Using my digital card number, I was able to correct the flight number on my TDAC without any issue. Unfortunately, when I try to access my husband’s TDAC using his digital card number, the system cannot find his record.

In this case, should I create a new TDAC application for my husband, or is there another way to correct the existing one?

Do I need to indicate a return date to France on the TDAC application form? And if so, which one?

When filling out the TDAC, I entered my patronymic (middle name) in the “patronymic” field, even though this field is not mandatory. Is this a mistake?
