Which flight number do I need to provide if I have a stopover in another country.
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 4th, 2025 12:55 AM
For the TDAC you must provide the flight number of the final flight on which you actually arrive in Thailand. So if you have a stopover in another country, please enter the flight number of the connecting flight that lands in Thailand.

You can click the "(i)" icon next to any field if you need more information or are unsure what to enter.

Good afternoon! If we are traveling to Thailand for vacation for the second time within a year, could there be problems at border control? We completed the form and received the QR code.
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 3rd, 2025 8:09 PM
This will depend on the method of entry and your travel history to Thailand. It is not related to TDAC, as TDAC is approved automatically.

Good afternoon! After completing the TDAC form and receiving the QR code, we received a letter from a representative of the Thai Visa Centre - Urgent Services stating that we have risks upon arrival in Thailand. We are traveling for the second time this year. The first time was on vacation in July. We have a full tour package: hotel, return flights, group transfer, medical insurance. Could we actually have problems at border control?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 3rd, 2025 8:53 PM
It all depends on the country of your passport and your travel history, especially how much time you have already spent in Thailand. If you are entering under visa exemption, immigration may carry out more thorough checks.

In general, if the previous trip lasted less than 30 days, there are usually no problems.

Hello, I have a 3-hour transit in Bangkok on October 4 to go to Hong Kong coming from Réunion via Air Austral. Do I need to fill out the TDAC card?
0
AnonymousAnonymousOctober 2nd, 2025 7:42 AM
For transit passengers: if you disembark from the plane and need to collect your baggage, you must still complete a TDAC. For a transit TDAC, it is sufficient that the arrival date and the departure date be the same day or within one day, and no accommodation address is required.

Hello, I am leaving for Thailand on October 13 and depart from Munich. I would like to know what I should write regarding Munich and the flight number since I will have a stopover in Doha, Qatar, staying for 2 hours and then continuing to Bangkok. What should I enter? Both airports with their respective flight numbers? There is a step that asks where my journey originates starting from Munich. I await a reply, thanks for everything.
-1
AnonymousAnonymousSeptember 30th, 2025 2:10 PM
Enter only the flight details for the final flight for your TDAC.

Hello, my question is: I fly from Barcelona to Doha, from Doha to Bangkok, and from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Which airport would be considered the entry into Thailand, Bangkok or Chiang Mai? Thank you very much
0
AnonymousAnonymousSeptember 30th, 2025 6:05 AM
For your TDAC, I would choose the Doha to Bangkok flight as your first flight to Thailand. However, for your health declaration of visited countries, I would include all of them.

I have a retirement visa and I exited for a short time. How should I fill out the TDAC and how should I fill in the exit date and flight information?

The exit date for the TDAC is for your upcoming trip not a previous trip into Thailand.

It is optional if you have a long term visa.

Hello, I would like to know for the TDAC in the field 'where I will stay' can I simply write the hotel's address even if I don't have a reservation? Because I don't have a credit card!! I have always paid in cash on my arrival. Thanks to whoever answers

For the TDAC you can indicate where you will be staying even if you haven't paid yet. Just make sure to confirm with the hotel.

Hello, I would like to know what I should write in the field asking if I was in any country on the list in the 14 days prior. I have not been in any of those listed countries in the last 14 days. I live and work in Germany and I only travel every 6-7 for work to go on holiday and I always go to Thailand; on October 14 I will stay for 2 weeks and then return to Germany. What should I write regarding this?
0
AnonymousAnonymousSeptember 23rd, 2025 10:01 PM
For the TDAC, if you are referring to the yellow fever section, you only need to list the countries you have been to in the last 14 days. If you haven't been to any of the countries on the list, you can simply indicate that.
0
Antonio Antonio September 24th, 2025 9:18 PM

I wrote the departure date instead of arrival date (Oct 22 instead of Oct 23). Shall I submit another TDAC?
0

If you used the agents system for your TDAC ( https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply ) then you can login with the email you used just buy OTP.

Once you are logged in you click the red EDIT button to edit your TDAC, and you can correct the date.

It is very important that all the information on your TDAC is correct, so yes you will have to correct this.

I would like to ask: I was on the official TDAC website and filled it out about three times. I always checked everything afterwards and I simply never received the QR code to my email, and I keep doing it over and over but there are no errors or anything wrong because I check it several times in a row. Could there be an issue with my email which is on seznamu.cz?hodilo? It sent me back to the start of the page and in the middle it said: Correct

For similar situations where you want 100% certainty of receiving your TDAC by email, we recommend using the Agents TDAC system here:

It is also free and guarantees reliable email delivery and permanent availability for download.

Good evening, I have a question. We will arrive in Thailand on September 20 and then after a few days we will travel to Indonesia and Singapore and then return to Thailand. Do we need to resubmit the TDAC or is the first one sufficient if we entered the return flight date as the re-entry?
0
AnonymousAnonymousSeptember 18th, 2025 1:21 AM
Yes, you must submit a TDAC for each entry into Thailand. This means you will need to make one for your initial arrival and another when you re-enter after visiting Indonesia and Singapore.

You can conveniently submit both applications in advance via the following link:
https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply

Why when I want to fill out the visa on arrival it says visa on arrival is not required for Malaysian passport, do I need to put no visa required?

For the TDAC you do not need to pick VOA because Malaysian now qualifies for Exempt Entry 60 Day. No need for a VOA.

Hello, I filled out the TDAC form 3 hours ago but have not yet received a confirmation email. However, the TDAC number and the QR code are available to me as a download. The processing was marked as successful. Is that okay?
-1
AnonymousAnonymousSeptember 17th, 2025 5:09 AM
Sure. Here is a TDAC-focused version in German:

If you have problems with the official .go.th system for the TDAC, we recommend submitting your TDAC application directly here:
https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply

Through our TDAC portal there are redundancies for a secure download of your TDAC QR code. You can also submit your TDAC application by e-mail if needed.

If difficulties with the Agents system persist or you have questions about the TDAC, please write to [email protected]
 with the subject “TDAC Support”.

Hello, I have just completed my TDAC and accidentally entered September 17 as my arrival date, but I will only arrive on the 18th. I have now received my QR code. To make a change there is a link where a code must be entered. Now I don't know whether I should first enter the incorrect arrival date again in the subsequent query in order to get to the page for changes? Or should I rather wait until tomorrow so that the 72 hours have elapsed?

Hello, I would like to know, since I am departing from Munich to Bangkok and I live and work in Germany: for the field "in which city do I live" what should I enter — Munich or Bad Tölz where I currently reside (one hour from Munich) — and what if it is not in the list? Thank you
0

My Malaysian passport has my name as (first name) (surname) (middle name).

Should I fill in the form to match the passport or to match the correct order of names (first)(middle) (surname)?
0
AnonymousAnonymousSeptember 9th, 2025 7:41 PM
When filling out the TDAC form, your first name should always go in the first name field, your surname in the last name field, and your middle name in the middle name field.

Do not change the order just because your passport may display names differently. For TDAC, if you are certain a part of your name is your middle name, then it must be entered in the middle name field, even if your passport lists it last.

For your TDAC leave blank if your passport doesn’t show a middle name.

Do not force “bin/binti” here unless it is actually printed in the “Given Name” section of your passport.

I'm flying with an acquaintance from Munich to Thailand. We arrive on October 30, 2025 at approximately 06:15 in Bangkok. Can my acquaintance and I submit the TM6 form with your submission service now? If so, how much does this service cost with you? When will I then receive the approval form from you by email (earlier than 72 hours before arrival in Thailand)? I need the TM6 form and not the TDAC—or is there no difference? Do I have to submit the TM6 form with you separately for me and my acquaintance (i.e., twice), or can I submit it as a group trip like on the official site? Will I then receive two approvals separately (for me and my acquaintance) or only one approval (group) for two people? I have a laptop with a printer and a Samsung phone. My acquaintance unfortunately does not have these items.
0
AnonymousAnonymousSeptember 5th, 2025 2:28 AM
The TM6 form is no longer used. It has been replaced by the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC).

You can submit your registration through our system here:
https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply

▪ If you submit within 72 hours before your arrival date, the service is completely free.
▪ If you wish to submit earlier, the fee is 8 USD for a single applicant or 16 USD for an unlimited number of applicants.

With a group submission, each traveler receives their own individual TDAC document. If you complete the application on behalf of your acquaintance, you will also have access to their document. This makes it easier to keep all documents together, which is especially helpful for visa applications and group travel.

A printed copy of the TDAC is not required. A simple screenshot or downloading the PDF file is sufficient, since the data is already recorded in the immigration system.
