אני שוהה בתאילנד. כשאני רוצה למלא את 'מדינת מגורים' זה בלתי אפשרי. תאילנד אינה כלולה ברשימת המדינות.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have identified several issues with your new DAC online system.

I just tried submitted for a date in May. I realise that the system is not operational yet but I could complete most the the boxes /field.

I note that this system if for all non Thai's, regardless of visa/entry conditions.

I have identified the following issues.

1/Departure date and flight number is marked * and mandatory!

Many people entering Thailand on long term visas such as Non O or OA, have no legal requirement to have a departure date/ flight out of Thailand.

We cannot submit this form online without departure flight information (date and a flight number)

2/I am a British passport holder, but as a Non O visa retiree, my country of Residence and my home, is in Thailand. I am also a Thailand Resident for tax purposes.

There is no option for me to select Thailand.

The UK is not my residence. I haven't lived there for years.

Do you want us to lie and select a different country?

3/So many countries on the drop down menu are listed under 'The'.

This is illogical and I have never seen a country drop down ever that doesn't start with a countries or a states first letter. 🤷‍♂️

4/What do I do if I am in a foreign country one day and make a spontaneous decision to fly to Thailand the next day. ie Vietnam to Bangkok?

Your DAC website and information states that this should be submitted 3 days before.

What if I decide to come to Thailand, in 2 days time? Am I not allowed to come under my retirement visa and re entry permit.

This new system is supposed to be an improvement on the current one. Since you disposed of the TM6, the current system is easy.

This new system has not been thought through and is not logical.

I submit my constructive criticism with respect to help shape this system before it goes live on 1 May 2025, before it causes mấy visitors and immigration, a headache.

TM6の時は出国時に半券がありました。

今回、出国時になにか必要なものはあるのか？

TDAC記入時に出国日程不明の場合は未記入でも問題はないのか？

What if the passport does have family name ? in the screen shots it's compulsory to put family name in that case what should a user do ?

Generally there is a option which says Don't have family name on other countries websites like Vietnam, China and Indonesia.

אני גר במחוז חמאואן של לאוס. אני תושב קבע של לאוס אבל יש לי דרכון אוסטרלי. אני נוסע לעיתים קרובות לנאכון פנום לקניות או לקחת את בני לבית הספר קומרון פעמיים בחודש. אם אני לא ישן בנאכון פנום, האם אני יכול לומר שאני במעבר? כלומר, בתאילנד פחות מיום אחד.

האם נוסע יידחה כניסה אם הוא החמיץ את המועד של 72 שעות להגיש את ה-DTAC?

אז כשאני נוסע עם משפחתי התאילנדית. האם אני משקר ושם שאני נוסע לבד? כי זה לא דרישה לתאילנדים.

מה אם אני אחליט לנסוע לתאילנד תוך 3 ימים? אז ברור שאני לא יכול להגיש את הטופס 3 ימים מראש.

עברתי על כל ההערות וקיבלתי תמונה טובה על ה-TDAC, אבל הדבר היחיד שאני עדיין לא יודע הוא כמה ימים לפני ההגעה אני יכול למלא את הטופס הזה? הטופס עצמו נראה קל למילוי!

אני טס לבנגקוק ב-10 במאי ואז ב-6 ביוני טס לקמבודיה לכ-7 ימים לטיול צד ואז נכנס שוב לתאילנד. האם אני צריך לשלוח טופס ETA נוסף?

Question 2: Combien de temps pour recevoir le résultat si on habite dans l'UE?

Questions 3: Ces règles sont-elles susceptibles de changer d'ici janvier 2026?

Question 4: Et qu'en est-il de l'exemption de visa: sera-t-elle remise à 30jours ou laissée à 60 jours à partir de janvier 2026?

This seems to be okay as long as we can type in the information they need. If we have to start uploading things like photos, fingerprints, etc. it will be too much work.
