Is there a contact email address for application issues?

I arrived in Thailand on 21/04/2025 so tomwould not let me enter the details from 01/05/2025. Can someone please email me to help cancel the application as it is incorrect. Do we need a TDAC if we are in Thailand before 01/05/2025. We are leaving 07/05/2025. Thank you.

If I have a O visa stamp and a Re-Entry stamp. What visa number do I submit on the TDAC form? Thanks.

TDAC, if i leave Australia and change over in Singapore to Bangkok (lay over time 2 hours) both the flights have different flight numbers, I have heard to just put Australia and then heard you must put the last port of call i.e. Singapore, which is correct.

I understood this form was to be completed 3 days before arrival in Thailand.   I leave in 3 days on 3rd May and arrive on 4th May.. the form is not allowing me to put 03/05/25

The rule did not say complete 3 days before I left

Ich habe eben versucht die TDAC auszufüllen, und kam nicht weiter.

Ich fliege am 3. Mai in Deutschland los, Zwischenlandung am 4. Mai in Beijing und fliege von Beijing weiter nach Phuket. Komme in Thailand am 4. Mai an.

Ich habe eingetragen, dass ich in Deutschland boarde, aber „Departure Date“ kann ich nur den 4. Mai (und später) auswählen, 3. Mai is grau und lässt sich nicht auswählen. Oder ist da der Abflug von Thailand, wenn ich wieder zurückfliege, gemeint?

Can I adjust the date of arrival in Bangkok in an already submitted application if my travel plans change? Or do I need to fill out a new application with a new date?

Могу ли я откорректировать дату прилёта в Бангкок в поданной заявке, если мои планы на въезд изменятся? Или нужно заполнить новую заявку с новой датой?

I would like to know whether it is required to put the departure information if I go to Thailand for hospital and not sure of the departure day yet? 
And do I need to edit the form later on when I know the date of leaving Thailand or can just leave it blank?

При заполнении в строке Тип размещения в Таиланде выбираю из выпадающего меню
"Отель". Это слово сразу же меняется на "ОтСель", т.е. добавляется лишняя буква. Удалить не получается, выбрать другой объект тоже не дает. Вернулась, начала сначала - тот же эффект. Оставила так. Не будет проблемы?

Hallo. Unser Kunde möchte im September nach Thailand einreisen. Er ist zuvor 4 Tage in Hong Kong. Leider hat er keine Möglichkeit (kein handy) um in Hong Kong die digitale Einreisekarte auszufüllen. Gibt es da eine Lösung. Die Kollegin von der Botschaft nannte Tablets, die bei Einreise zur Verfügung stehen würden?

What if I bought ticket 9 of May to flight 10 of May?
Avia companies can't sell tickets to Thailand for 3 days or customers will Condemn them.
What about if I have to stay 1 night near Donmueang airport in hotel to connecting flights?
I don't think that TDAC made by smart people.

It says submit TDAC 72 hours before arriving in Thailand. I have not seen is that Day arrive or time flight arrive? IE: i arrive 20 May at 2300. Thank you

Dear TDAC Thailand,

I'm Malaysian. I have registered TDAC the 3 steps. The closing required a valid e-mail address to send the successful TDAC form with TDAC number to me. However, the email address can't be switched to 'small fond' in the e mail column. Therefore, I can't receive the approval. But I managed to snapshot of the TDAC approval no on my phone. QUESTION, can I show the TDAC approved no during immigration check in ??? Tq

Hi, I’m Laotian and planning to go on holiday in Thailand using my personal car. While filling out the required vehicle information, I noticed that I could only enter the numbers, but not the two Lao letters at the front of my plate. Bonjour je part le 1 mai de Papeete, Tahiti, Polynésie française , durant mon inscription TDAC , « Arrival information : Date of arrival »,  la date du 2 mai 2025 est invalide . Que dois je mettre ?

I am Belgian and have been living and working in Thailand since 2020, I have never had to fill this in, not even on paper. And I travel very regularly for my work worldwide. do I have to fill this out again for each trip? And can not select Thailand where I leave in the app.

I am a citizen of the Republic of India and am planning to visit Thailand (Krabi and Phuket) for a holiday.
As part of the travel requirements, I understand that it is mandatory to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) prior to arrival. I am fully prepared to comply with this requirement and respect all relevant rules and regulations.
However, I am facing difficulty while filling out the Personal Information section of the TDAC form. Specifically, my Indian passport does not contain a “Surname” field. Instead, it only mentions the “Given Name” as “Rahul Mahesh”, and the Surname field is blank.
In this situation, I kindly request your guidance on how to correctly fill out the following fields in the TDAC form to avoid any issues or delays during immigration processing at Krabi Airport:
1.  Family Name (Surname) – What should I enter here?
2.  First Name – Should I enter “Rahul”?
3.  Middle Name – Should I enter “Mahesh”? Or leave it blank?
Your assistance in clarifying this matter will be greatly appreciated, as I wish to ensure that all details are correctly submitted in accordance with immigration standards.

My arrival date is on 2nd May but I can’t seem to click on the correct date. When you say within three days does it mean we have to apply in three days span and not before that

Türkiye’den Tailand a gelirken abu dabi’den aktarmalı uçuşla geleceğim. Gelinen uçuş no ve gelinen ülkeye ne yazmalıyım?Türkiye mi Abu dabi mi?  Abu dabi de sadece 2 saat aktarma olacak be sonra tailand.

I dont have family name in my passport and in TDAC its mandatory  to fill, what should I do? As per Airlines they use Same name in the both field.
