Hi, would a traveller need to fill in TDAC form when they're entering Thailand before May 1st, 2025? and if they leave after May 1st, will they need to fill the same TDAC form, or a different one?

10/05/2025 - Night Stay at Phuket Thailand 

11/05/2025 - Night Stay at Phuket Thailand 

12/05/2025 - Night stay at Bangkok Thailand.

13/05/2025 - Night Stay at Bangkok Thailand 

14/05/2025 - Flight to Mumbai going Back from Bangkok Thailand.

My question is I am Entering Thailand and leaving Thailand two times so I need to apply for TDAC two times or Not??

I need to apply for TDAC from india first time and second time from Malaysia that's in span of one week so plz guide me for this.

Plz suggest me solution for same

If I use a PC to fill in the TDAC info will a printed copy of the TDAC confirmation then be accepted by the immigration control?

Was muss ich angeben als,  Country of Boarding , wenn ich zb ab Deutschland via Dubai nach Thailand fliege ? Die Flugnummer ist nach der alten departure Card , die des Fluges womit ich ankomme . Früher war es Port of embarkation .. Danke für eure Antworten.

Hi but when on tdac it asks you for flight number when leaving Thailand If I have a single ticket from Koh Samui to Milan with a stopover in Bangkok and Doha do I have to enter the flight number from Koh Samui to Bangkok or flight number from Bangkok to Doha i.e. the flight with which I physically leave Thailand

Man kann sich auch unnötig Probleme machen, ich hab früher auch irgendeine Fake-Addresse beim Aufenthalt angegeben, beim Beruf Prime Minister, klappt und interessiert doch sowieso keinen, beim Rückflug auch irgendein Datum, das Ticket will doch sowieso keiner sehen.
