既に到着しているチェンマイからバンコクに移動する際も、TDACの提示を求められるのですか？

On my passport, first compare the last name (Rossi) and then the first name (Mario): the full name, as it appears on the passport, is Rossi Mario. I filled out the form correctly, entering my last name Rossi first, followed by my first name Mario, following the order and boxes on the form. After filling out the entire form, when I checked all the information, I noticed that the full name is Mario Rossi, meaning first name and last name, in reverse order to that on my passport (Rossi Mario). Can I submit it this way, having filled out the form correctly, or should I correct the form and enter my first name in place of my last name and vice versa to make the full name Rossi Mario appear?

On my Italian passport, the last name (family name) appears first, followed by the first name. The form respects the same order: it asks first the last name (family name), followed by the first name. However, after filling it out, I see the reversed order: the full name is composed of the first name followed by the surname (family name). Is this correct?

My passport full name is WEI JU CHEN, but when I applied, I forgot to add the space in the given name, so it shows as WEIJU.
Please help correct it to the proper passport full name: WEI JU CHEN. Thank you.

ไม่ทราบว่าจะสามารถเข้าไปแก้ไขที่อยู่ได้ไหมคะ 
เพราะลองเข้าไปแก้ไขแล้ว แต่ระบบไม่ยอมให้เข้าไปแก้ไขย้อนหลังวันที่เดินทางมาถึงได้ค่ะ

Buenos días, tengo dudas sobre qué poner en este campo (COUNTRY/TERRITORY WHERE YOU BOARDED) en los siguientes viajes:

VIAJE 1 – 2 personas que salen de Madrid, pasan 2 noches en Estambul y desde allí cogen un vuelo 2 días después con destino Bangkok

VIAJE 2 – 5 personas que viajan de Madrid a Bangkok con escala en Qatar

Qué tenemos que indicar en ese campo para cada uno de los viajes?

Hello, i’m going to Thailand next month, and i’m filling up the Thailand Digital Card form. My first name is “Jen-Marianne” but in the form I can’t type the hyphen. What should I do? Should I type it as “JenMarianne” or “Jen Marianne”?

We will be on transit at BKK and if I got it right, we won‘t need a TDAC. Is that correct? Because when entering the same date of arrival as the date of departure, the TDAC-system doesn‘t allow to continue filling in the form. And I can’t click „I am on transit…“ either. Thank you for your help.
