Que facer cando o TDAC non funciona
Fonte oficial
Non somos a fonte oficial; utilizamos observadores independentes a nivel mundial que comproban tdac.immigration.go.th cada minuto desde dentro e fóra de Tailandia.
Por que é importante
Cando o portal oficial non funciona, as persoas viaxeiras deben atrasar as presentacións ou empregar servizos de confianza. Informamos inmediatamente deses incidentes.
Xestión de emerxencia do TDAC
Se chegases nas próximas 72 horas e o sitio web do goberno estivese fóra de servizo, AGENTS presenta a túa solicitude de balde, gárdaa de forma segura e envíaa no minuto en que se restablezan os servizos.
Como responder
Se se produce tempo de inactividade, agarda por un rexistro EN LIÑA ou permite que AGENTS coloque a túa solicitude en cola para que se envíe automaticamente en canto se recuperen os sistemas de inmigración.
