Teendők TDAC leállása esetén
Hivatalos forrás
Nem vagyunk hivatalos forrás; független, világszintű megfigyelőket használunk, amelyek Thaiföldön belülről és kívülről is percenként ellenőrzik a tdac.immigration.go.th oldalt.
Miért fontos ez
Amikor a hivatalos portál nem elérhető, az utazóknak halasztaniuk kell a kérelmek benyújtását, vagy megbízható szolgáltatásokat kell igénybe venniük. Ezekről az eseményekről azonnal tájékoztatást adunk.
Sürgősségi TDAC-ügyintézés
Ha 72 órán belül érkezik, és a kormányzati oldal nem elérhető, az AGENTS ingyenesen benyújtja a kérését, biztonságosan megőrzi, és azonnal továbbítja, amint a szolgáltatás visszatér.
Hogyan kell eljárni
Ha leállás történik, várjon egy „UP” naplóbejegyzésre, vagy engedje, hogy az AGENTS sorba állítsa a kérelmét, hogy az automatikusan elküldésre kerüljön, amint a bevándorlási rendszerek helyreállnak.
