Nous ne sommes pas la source officielle ; nous utilisons des systèmes de surveillance indépendants dans le monde entier qui vérifient tdac.immigration.go.th chaque minute depuis l’intérieur et l’extérieur de la Thaïlande.
Pourquoi c’est important
Lorsque le portail officiel est indisponible, les voyageurs doivent retarder leurs dépôts ou utiliser des services de confiance. Nous signalons immédiatement ces événements.
Gestion d’urgence du TDAC
Si vous arrivez dans les 72 heures et que le site du gouvernement est hors ligne, AGENTS soumet votre demande gratuitement, la conserve en toute sécurité et la transmet dès la reprise des services.
Comment répondre
En cas d’interruption, attendez un journal d’état UP ou laissez AGENTS mettre votre demande en file d’attente afin qu’elle soit envoyée automatiquement dès que les systèmes d’immigration sont rétablis.
