Nakatira ako sa Thailand. Kapag nais kong punan ang 'Bansa ng paninirahan' hindi ito posible. Ang Thailand ay hindi kasama sa listahan ng mga bansa.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have identified several issues with your new DAC online system.

I just tried submitted for a date in May. I realise that the system is not operational yet but I could complete most the the boxes /field.

I note that this system if for all non Thai's, regardless of visa/entry conditions.

I have identified the following issues.

1/Departure date and flight number is marked * and mandatory!

Many people entering Thailand on long term visas such as Non O or OA, have no legal requirement to have a departure date/ flight out of Thailand.

We cannot submit this form online without departure flight information (date and a flight number)

2/I am a British passport holder, but as a Non O visa retiree, my country of Residence and my home, is in Thailand. I am also a Thailand Resident for tax purposes.

There is no option for me to select Thailand.

The UK is not my residence. I haven't lived there for years.

Do you want us to lie and select a different country?

3/So many countries on the drop down menu are listed under 'The'.

This is illogical and I have never seen a country drop down ever that doesn't start with a countries or a states first letter. 🤷‍♂️

4/What do I do if I am in a foreign country one day and make a spontaneous decision to fly to Thailand the next day. ie Vietnam to Bangkok?

Your DAC website and information states that this should be submitted 3 days before.

What if I decide to come to Thailand, in 2 days time? Am I not allowed to come under my retirement visa and re entry permit.

This new system is supposed to be an improvement on the current one. Since you disposed of the TM6, the current system is easy.

This new system has not been thought through and is not logical.

I submit my constructive criticism with respect to help shape this system before it goes live on 1 May 2025, before it causes mấy visitors and immigration, a headache.

Para sa sinumang maaaring may kaugnayan, ako ay naglalakbay sa Hunyo, ako ay retirado at ngayon ay nais na magretiro sa Thailand. Magkakaroon ba ng problema sa pagbili ng one way ticket, sa ibang salita, kakailanganin ba ng ibang dokumentasyon?

Sa pagpasok sa Thailand gamit ang Non-O visa, wala akong tiyak na petsa ng pagbabalik! Anong hinaharap na petsa ang dapat kong ilagay para sa pag-alis at anong numero ng flight wala pa ako nito, syempre?

What if the passport does have family name ? in the screen shots it's compulsory to put family name in that case what should a user do ?

Generally there is a option which says Don't have family name on other countries websites like Vietnam, China and Indonesia.

Nakatira ako sa Khammouane province ng Lao PDR. Ako ay isang permanenteng residente ng Laos ngunit may hawak na Australian passport. Madalas akong naglalakbay sa Nakhon Phanom para mamili o dalhin ang aking anak sa Kumon School 2 beses sa isang buwan. Mahaharang ba ang isang manlalakbay sa pagpasok kung hindi nila naipasa ang DTAC sa loob ng 72 oras?

What if I were to decide to travel to Thailand within 3 days? Then obviously I cannot submit the form 3 days in advance.

Maaari mo bang isumite ang form sa laptop? At makuha ang QR code pabalik sa laptop?

This seems to be okay as long as we can type in the information they need. If we have to start uploading things like photos, fingerprints, etc. it will be too much work.
