Co dělat, když je TDAC nedostupný
Oficiální zdroj
Nejsme oficiálním zdrojem; používáme nezávislé celosvětové monitory, které kontrolují tdac.immigration.go.th každou minutu zevnitř i zvenčí Thajska.
Proč je to důležité
Když je oficiální portál nedostupný, cestující musí podat žádost později nebo využít ověřené služby. O těchto událostech informujeme okamžitě.
Nouzové zpracování TDAC
Pokud přijedete do 72 hodin a vládní stránka je nedostupná, AGENTS vaši žádost zdarma podá, bezpečně ji uchová a odešle ji v okamžiku, kdy budou služby obnoveny.
Jak reagovat
Pokud dojde k výpadku, vyčkejte na záznam UP, nebo nechte AGENTS zařadit vaši žádost do fronty, aby byla odeslána automaticky, jakmile se imigrační systémy zotaví.
