لماذا هذا مهم
عند تعطل البوابة الرسمية، يجب على المسافرين تأجيل التقديمات أو استخدام الخدمات الموثوقة. نقوم بعرض هذه الحالات فورًا.
التعامل الطارئ مع TDAC
إذا وصلت خلال 72 ساعة وكان موقع الحكومة متوقفًا عن العمل، تقوم AGENTS بتقديم طلبك مجانًا، وتحتفظ به بأمان، وتدفعه فور عودة الخدمات.
كيفية الاستجابة
إذا حدث انقطاع، انتظر تسجيل حالة UP أو دع AGENTS تُدرِج طلبك في قائمة الانتظار ليتم إرساله تلقائيًا بمجرد تعافي أنظمة الهجرة.
