The Ministry of Public Health has issued regulations that applicants who have travelled from or through the countries which have been declared Yellow Fever Infected Areas must provide an International Health Certificate proving that they have received a Yellow Fever vaccination.

مجهول•March 31st, 2025 2:13 PMI live in Thailand on a NON-IMM O visa (Thai family). However Thailand as country of residence is not selectable. What to select? country of nationality? That would make no sense as I haven’t a residency outside off Thailand.

I'm a 76 year old male and cannot provide a departure date as requested plus for my Flight. The reason being, I have to get a Tourist Visa for my Thai Fiancée which lives in Thailand, and do not know how long a time procedure, so therefore I cannot provide any dates until all is past and accepted.
